I would watch other people get invited onto stages, featured on podcasts, landing opportunities I knew I was qualified for… and I kept asking myself: What am I missing? It wasn’t until I invested in building a strategic personal brand that I realized the power of positioning and visibility. I switched from second-guessing my voice and my leadership and instead, fully owned it.
I realized that the only difference between myself and the well-known entrepreneurs in my industry I admired was that they didn’t just have expertise and skill – they had a personal brand that conveyed their expertise and value and made people pay attention. They became the obvious choice instead of simply an option.
And the opportunities didn’t just grow—they multiplied. Stages. Podcasts. Brand partnerships. Sold-out conferences. A global community.
Everything changed when I stopped waiting to be invited—and started strategically going after the right opportunities and building the right relationships that opened doors.

My Journey to Building Powerful Personal Brands & Communities
My work didn’t start with stages, partnerships, or sold-out rooms. It started with figuring out why I wasn’t being seen and what actually creates opportunity for founders. Here’s how that evolved into the work I do today and how I turned my love for connecting with other people into a mission to help speakers & entrepreneurs get the YES from stages, podcasts, brands, and beyond.

The Realization: It’s Not About Talent
I started to see the gap wasn’t skill—it was visibility, positioning, and proximity to the right rooms. I started creating a visibility strategy and went on my first podcast tour. At the same time, I was also making all of my strategic decisions in isolation and started building the community that would become The Power Table to create my own proximity and connections.

Taking Up Space & Building Community
I began showing up more boldly, building relationships, and intentionally putting myself in rooms that expanded my thinking and opportunities. I hosted my first in-person events (even when no one showed up at first), kept going, and started seeing momentum build through consistency and relationships.

The Shift: From Invisible to In-Demand
What started as small gatherings turned into something much bigger—a space where ambitious women could connect, collaborate, and grow together. The first Power Table LIVE conference sold out. And personally, I spoke on 24 stages & podcasts that year.

Expansion & Authority
From sold-out conferences to national recognition, the Power Table became THE room women wanted to be in. I spoke on over 65 stages and podcasts—most through relationships, not applications—proving what I now teach. I also generated multiple 6-figures in brand partnerships, and won awards for my work in community-building and visibility. Most opportunities came through relationships, not applications.

Taylor the World Traveler
I want to live a life with as many once-in-a-lifetime experiences as possible. Exploring and traveling lights my soul on fire. South America is my favorite but I’ll literally go anywhere that’s got a beach or desert sunrises.

I started playing a competitive sport as an adult two years ago and I’m completely obsessed. When I’m not speaking, you’ll find me on the courts.
